All information submitted to TranslationPeople.com is the sole property of the customer who submits it and not the property of TranslationPeople.com. Upon completion of a written translation, TranslationPeople.com shreds all relevant documentation pertaining to the written translation after it has emailed and/or mailed the finished translation to the customer. In the case of audio translations all audio cassettes are returned to the customer at no cost. In the case of coaching services all correspondence and relevant information are kept strictly confidential.
We accept payments via credit card, International money order, company cheques, and certified cheques and our terms of payment are designed to be flexible. 2CO is an authorized retailer for services provided by TranslationPeople.com. 2CO processes all credit card transactions.
